What you give us when you apply: name, business email, phone number if you provide one, company, industry, team size and your description of what is wasting your time.
Basic technical information that our hosting provider records when you visit, such as pages viewed, browser and device type.
3. How we use it
To respond to your application, decide whether we are a fit, schedule a conversation and improve this site.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as email, scheduling and hosting. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep business records. After that we delete or anonymize them.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us as described below.
7. Customer data in client work
If we work together, data about your customers is handled under our written agreement with you, and we tell you which tools and vendors touch it before anything goes live.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
